The Triangle area is no stranger to low inventory: demand for the area for the last several years has kept our market competitive for buyers. As years pass and buyers wait for a "normal" market to return, prices continue to increase across the area. Many speculate that possible lower interest rates in the future will provide more sellers to the market and help deliver a more balanced market.
